Order Processing
All products are made to order and are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment.
Because many of our items are created specifically for you after an order is placed, processing times may vary depending on product type, order volume, holidays, and supplier availability.
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a separate email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Multiple Packages
Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments.
Because products may be produced and fulfilled by different manufacturing partners or facilities, items ordered together may ship separately and arrive at different times.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.

International Orders
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Information

We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery or expected delivery.
